The Flightsim.to Summer Update is bringing a wealth of new features and enhancements to Flightsim.to. New features are designed to facilitate better interaction and collaboration between creators and users.

• Requests Section is now ➡️ Marketplace: The Requests Section has been transformed into a Marketplace that allows creators and users to come together. As a creator you can now offer your expertise and skill in services, and as a user, you can submit your requests for content creation - and add Platform Credits as an extra incentive for creators if you wish.

• Requests Lifetime Timespan has been extended from 60 days to 90 days.

• Introducing Platform Credit, a new currency that enhances user experience by allowing additional incentives for requests. You can now use Platform Credit for:

  • Requests

  • Marketplace Services

  • Direct Creator Donations

• Creator Donations are transferred 100% to the creator, with no cut taken.

• Creators can now set their own membership tiers and decide to upload files exclusively for their supporters (wingmen). Users can subscribe to these memberships to unlock exclusive downloads.

• Enrolled more members to the Flightsim.to Creators Program

• Enabled Premium Membership for all Creators Program Members

• Collect streaks by visiting Flightsim.to daily. Use streaks to earn rewards in the Loyalty Shop and badges. We value your daily visits and offer the ability to pause your streak once every 30 days in your settings.

• Removed Auto-Optimization filters from images uploaded, ensuring original image quality.

• Improved search engine functionality to filter out less relevant results.

• Revamped presentation of categories for better navigation.

• Design overhauls and improvements to the light version of the website.

New Features

• Base Products in Your Library: You can now add base products to your library. These will be highlighted by a small orange circle on the item tiles if you own the base product.

• Filter by Base Products: Our search engine now includes a Filter by Base Products feature, allowing you to filter add-ons based on the base products you own.

• Category Icons: Added relevant category icons to add-on tiles for better identification.

• Reimplemented "Like" Function: You can once again "Like" comments, making it easier to appreciate valuable feedback from the community.

• New Review Policy: We have implemented a new Review Policy to ensure fair and constructive feedback.

Interface Updates

• Renamed "My Wishlist" to "Save for Later": The functionality remains the same; only the name has changed for better clarity.

• Unified Updates & New Add-Ons List: The homepage now displays both the latest updates and newly released add-ons in a single list, making it easier to stay updated.

• Subscribe Button Icon: Changed the Subscribe button icon to a bell for better accessibility and understanding.

• More Categorized Lists on Homepage: Added more categorized lists to the homepage to enhance navigation and discoverability.
