Change FIle Name and Versions for multiple uploads. (creators)

Hi, so these are somethings which honestly bothers me and other creators a bit…

1) the impossibility to change name to a main file after initial release, you can only change it while releasing the mod the first time.

2) The impossibility to set the same version number for multiple uploads within a mod, this creates confusion among users which comment asking if each version is updated or not.
