Moving the title upwards conflicts with tools.

Please maintain consistency with the UI and UX. I’d prefer the website stick to a stable design rather than changing it every 2–3 months. For example, moving the top bar back now makes it impossible to close certain tabs—like the notifications center—without the upper menu getting in the way. That seems like a basic UI/UX oversight. I really hope FS.to settles on a layout and commits to it.

Additionally, the notifications center and alerts are now hidden on mobile—for no clear reason. I’m not sure why anyone would intentionally remove such a core feature. We now have to hit several more buttons and tabs to find it.
