Not all posts listed on Profile-Page!

I just noticed that not all my ‘Work-In-Progress’ and ‘Updates’ posts from the Activities page, are listed on my profile page -I thought they would be!? It would be quite nice to be able to see all my own post at one place.. Is this by design or has something gone wrong on my profile page??
