Prices shown without VAT when buying credits

While this may be ok in the US, it is illegal to show prices excluding VAT in the EU. Even though it is marked excluding VAT, this is still illegal for selling to consumers in the EU. On the page with the pricing options, it shows a price of 10 USD but when you press ‘Buy Credit’ it jumps to €12.10 with Romania's 21% VAT rate.
