The file cannot be uploaded

Hello, I have a very serious question I cannot upload files now, and when the progress increases by about 2%, it will prompt upload failure. The upload of images is normal, only file uploads will display anomalies. I have tried many times, but whether it's continuing to upload, re uploading, or even restarting my computer, I still can't continue uploading files. Can you help me see where the problem lies?
